A shaven and shorn Paisli

Okay, everyone knows what a paisley looks like, right? A chubby, bottom-heavy, cute design. Quite lovely with its decorative ornamentation and prickly, stubbled exterior.

Pretty much exactly like my little Paisli.
Chubby...yes.
Bottom heavy...quite.
Cute...of course.
Decorated...well, when I dress her up.
Prickly and stubbled...her head is, definitely.

Now I know that chicks with mullets are irresistible to some...

but I find that for me, they are actually quite repulsive. At the first sign of mullet development, all my kids have been subjected to the shaving shears. Paisli had her turn today.

Before: mullet

After: nice and even

She found it so relaxing to get shaved that she fell asleep during the process.

Ahhh. I can sigh a sigh of relief knowing the mullet is GONE and now her hair can all grow in together all at the same time. Much better than a mullet that's receding in the front!

Paisley isn't a pattern that everyone loves. In fact, I've heard people refer to paisley as a design their dad would wear. Well, I think my dad looks great wearing Paisli.
